Participants are encouraged to register and submit abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. All submitted abstracts will undergo a review by the Organizing Committee to decide their suitability. Accepted abstracts will be gathered in a book which will be distributed to all symposium attendees (after the conference).

Applicants are requested to indicate their preference for an oral or poster presentation during the registration process.

Length of presentation:

● 40 minutes for invited speakers

● 20 minutes for academic participants

This includes time for speech preparation and the Q&A session.

We also remind you that abstracts must be submitted by July 28th, 2025.
